Women presenting with breast pain enter the pathway via clinic or physician referral.
Pharmacologic (NSAIDs, hormonal modulation), lifestyle, supportive bras, physiotherapy, psychological support
Explanation of benign vs. concerning findings, reassurance, and management plan.
Clinical exam, imaging if indicated.
Re-evaluation at 3–6 months or earlier
